We first contacted Tracy through Zillow as my wife and I were completely ignorant to the whole process of purchasing our first home. Not only did she reply back to us in a matter of just a few hours, she was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in guiding us through.She went above and beyond, sitting with us for several hours and discussing what exactly we were looking for, and for the next several weeks, we were shown listing after listing in the surrounding area which matched our hoped for home. She did a tremendous job in finding gems amid rocks.When we found the home we loved, Tracy walked us through the entire process, helping us negotiate a fair deal for everyone, and she did a ton of legwork in getting lawyers, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers all working together to speed through to closing.My wife and I would both agree that you can't get much better than Tracy, and that anyone who asks her to help them find a home will be overjoyed by the result.
