We cannot Thank Team Clutts enough!! They helped us find our dream home in the Green Valley highlands quickly, and guided us through an extremely fast (but smooth!) Buy/Sell process. We really appreciated their extensive knowledge, professionalism, and positive solution-finding attitudes throughout.With their help, we managed to get through all the steps and even some surprise hurdles that arose. We had a pretty tight timeline to work within, once we put in our offer to purchase - we had only 17 days to sell our house in order to come up with the down payment for the new house. They helped us find viable buyers and we had a solid offer on our home in only 3 days. (!) We even had 3 back up offers, and only one weekend where we held an Open House. Additionally, we had to contend with the devastating wildfires that sprung up October 9th, causing mandatory evacuations in the area of our beautiful new home - right before the sellers were scheduled to move and before we closed escrow. (!) This brought a whole new challenge and anxiety for us, and no doubt the buyers of our current home.... but Maria and Dave remained very positive and hopeful. They helped us deal with the changing timeline, which was beyond anyone's control. They gave us valuable insight as to our choices, which guided us in our decisions. Maria & Dave truly went above and beyond in taking care of so many details!! They are creative negotiators, and forward-thinkers. Also, very warm and easy to talk with. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and understood our priorities.We highly recommend this dynamic team, who really know the Green Valley and surrounding areas very well. :-) Thanks again, Team Clutts!! We are thrilled in our new home.
