Started out as a great experience with Gayle Coulter, but quickly changed, went weeks without returned phone calls or texts. She never responded to any messages left on her voice mail or in her office. Waited 7 weeks for returned earnest deposit, but had to go to the listers office to try and find out why we hadnt gotten it back yet, to find out the check was cut and sent 44 days prior, and it had been sitting in her office for 43 days and the check was only good for 60 days. Never a phone call or text to inform us it was there. Never received any copy of paperwork on the home we were buying, nor ever got a copy of a buyer agreement that was supposeably signed, but still no proof of buyer agreement. Asked several times for a copy and she still has not got us a copy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GAYLE COULTER OR HER REAL ESTATE COMANY TO ANYONE!!!!
