My wife and I used Kim's services to find a retirement house as well as to sell our current house. It had been over 38 years since we bought a house and we were very uninformed about all the current new rules and policies with this process. Kim helped us with all the nuances of both processes. She was very patient with us as we had so many questions for her and she explained them all so well and in a very timely fashion. Kim knows the market very well and let us know when there were better options. She helped us negotiate a fair price on both ends and we have been delighted with the results from both buying and selling. If we needed to call her to ask a question, she was always right there for us. If she was busy when we called she would get back to us in an incredibly short period of time. Her suggestions and advice were always accurate and she made the process almost fun. We have told several friends about how much we enjoyed working with Kim.
