I cant say enough great things about Kim Myers. If you have any real estate needs, look no further. I bought a house with her help a number of years ago. I had seen the listing and really liked the house, but the asking price was beyond my budget so I only gave it a glance. Kim thought it was perfect for my needs, however, and said there was a good chance we could negotiate the price down, which I hadnt considered. She did negotiate the price down to a number I could afford, and I bought it! Years later it was time to sell that house. My primary residence is out of state, and with the pandemic I couldnt risk flying to Maine to take care of all that still needed to be done before the house would be ready for listing. I was starting to feel a bit desperate because I really needed to sell it this year, and I was fairly certain the pandemic would continue to be a problem for some time to come. Without hesitation I called Kim and told her the state of things. She assured me that she could take care of everything, and indeed she did! She went far beyond her job description to get things done in my absence. When it was ready for listing, it sold within a few days because of her efforts. She is intelligent, honest, thoughtful and a fantastic problem solver. Having both bought and sold with Kim as my realtor, I highly recommend her!
