Kim did much more than just sell our house - she was a miracle worker!We were in a very complicated situation as we had to prepare the house for sale while living overseas, and deal with tenants moving out who left the house a complete mess. Kim set a detailed plan in place that included landscaping, internal and external repairs, painting and cleaning. She has access to the best local contractors and service providers, and they were able to complete the work on time even when demand for contractors was extremely high post-pandemic.Once the house was ready, she gave us an accurate assessment of the eventual price, she had the listing and appointments ready in a matter of days, and the house sold in four days with multiple over-asking price offers. She helped us determine the pros and cons of each offer, guiding us to the best one. Kim is the BEST realtor we have ever used after buying/selling multiple homes in several states.
