Mwenda was excellent in finding out perfect home. Through the entire process he stayed patient with us, never forcing us to settle for just anything, always looking to continue the hunt to find the perfect house for us. Mwenda was always responsive, no matter time or day, and was willing to do extra digging if he did not already have an answer for questions we may have had. Throughout negotiations Mwenda made sure to communicate our wants and needs clearly, offering additional information and tactic suggestions to ensure we were receiving the most we could possibly get from our home purchase. During periods of complications with our lender, Mwenda engaged as a third party to communicate with both parties, but never frayed away from what we wanted and the questions we were looking to get answered. 10/10 times will go with Mwenda again next time our family is looking for a new home. Could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Mwenda!
