I cannot begin to describe how lucky I was that Zillow paired me with Mwenda when I began looking for a home in Charlotte. A complete blessing. Throughout the entire process, he went above and beyond my expectations; he was responsive, patient, honest, and knowledgeable. He provided moral support when one of our offers didn't go through and really helped guide us into figuring out what home was the best option for us. He encouraged us to visit many homes in order to determine what best suited our needs. When we were not available (out of state) he visited and recorded the visits for us (including driving around the neighborhood). He dropped us off at the airport when we flew in to visit homes. While under due diligence on the home we recently purchased, he helped negotiate closing costs and recommended excellent local artisans for the renovations we wanted to do. I cannot recommend Mwenda enough. He is excellent at what he does; he is kind and gracious; and he does all things with a smile.
