John sold me my house a year ago. It was my first home buying experience. I had a realtor before finding john. My first realtor was recommended to me by my sister who had just purchased a home. It was very aggrevating to me it seemed the realtor never listened to me. Constantly sending me homes out of my price range or out of my area every day. Fed up with the first guy who clearly only cared about making his money and not my happiness. My boyfriend suggested to me a man who he knew. That man was john and he was heaven sent. 7 months pregnant at the time and losing all hope of finding a home in todays market before the baby came along. John started by setting up listings that populated to my email when new ones popped up on the market that were always in my price range and location. When we looked at houses he was always quick to point out worrysome areas such as fondation concerns. When we found a home and the next stresses and issues popped up. Like finding an insurance company with reasonable prices he found me one that was very resonable. He suggested everything even to the mortgage brooker i used. John made the very stressful home buying process as stress free for me as he possible could. I would def recommend john to everyone looking to buy a home! Thank you for selling me my home John! One year down and couldn't be happier.
