Jhon helped me purchase our first multi-family rental building in Newark, NJ. I have purchased several investment properties in NY and NJ, but Jhon is by far the most knowledgeable, thorough and generally helpful broker I have ever worked with. I am a cautious investor, and I seek deals that offer excellent income economics, as well as long-term appreciation opportunities.
