Jhon helped me purchase our first multi-family rental building in Newark, NJ. I have purchased several investment properties in NY and NJ, but Jhon is by far the most knowledgeable, thorough and generally helpful broker I have ever worked with. I am a cautious investor, and I seek deals that offer excellent income economics, as well as long-term appreciation opportunities. Instead of merely pushing deals that he has in his inventory, Jhon spent time with me understanding my investment objectives, appetite for risk and building size. He waited until he had something appropriate and then explained to me the opportunity. I felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Even now, after the deal has closed, Jhon has been EXTREMELY helpful finding people to perform repair work in the building. He put me in touch with a plumber, painter and roofer. I have had minor work done that was performed very well at very competitive pricing.
