We purchased our first home with Dale Moody in October 2015 in the heart of Raleigh. Our experience with Dale was absolutely amazing and personable. Dale was excellent accommodating our extremely busy work schedules, by traveling to different homes at a moments notice, FaceTiming us from the property giving us the tour, crawling under crawl spaces, engaging with the listing agents, providing us maps of floodplains, pulling comps, and always showing up with a positive attitude. Dale does the best job with his end-to-end consultation of purchasing a home. He was with us every step of the way, which in this day in age is hard to find! His quick engagement with listing agents on negotiation and influence is that of a top performer in Raleigh! To this day we stay in contact with Dale about our amazing home and the listings going up around us to make sure we are ahead of the game. When my wife and I decided to start looking for a house last year a friend recommended I get in touch with Dale and Don at Cornerstone Properties and I am glad that I did. They always had our best interests in mind. Even after visiting over 20 houses (sorry Dale!), they encouraged us to stay patient and helped us focus on finding the right house for us rather than settling. They gave us fair and honest feedback along the way and made the whole purchasing process so much easier than it could have been without their help. Once we settled in to the new home, we reached back out to them for advice on selling our condo. We followed their suggestions on repairs and put the condo on the market shortly thereafter. We had offers and began negotiation with the buyers the first day it was listed! Dale and Don helped the sale go through just as smoothly as the previous purchase. We will definitely use them again for any future real estate needs.
