My husband and I were looking to move from Arizona to Colorado and contacted Donovan. We had five days to find a home in Colorado to buy and then had to return to Arizona to tend my sick mother. We needed a real estate agent who would be aggressive and get things done in a short amount of time. We picked the right person. Not only did Donovan help us find a house in 5 days, but he walked us through the process step by step. He texted, called, or emailed before and after each timeline in the contract to remind us what needed to be done and/or that the item was completed. Donovan is very knowledgeable about his field and his area in Colorado. He has a great personality and exudes confidence. We walked away from meeting Donovan knowing that he would do whatever he needed to do to get the house deal done. We feel like we not only were lucky to find such a great realtor but feel also that we made a new friend. We would recommend Donovan to anyone looking for a Realtor without any reservation.

Donovan is great to work with. He is honest and straightforward. He is very knowledgeable of the local Morgan County real estate market. With his assistance we found a wonderful home near Brush, Colorado. It needed some work and Donovan was able to put us in touch with local contractors and suppliers. We found all of the businesses to be very reliable. In that sense he certainly is a full service agent. But perhaps the most remarkable thing about Donovan is his responsiveness. Every single request we made was handled immediately. I was actually very pleasantly surprised that he was able to deal with our numerous requests so promptly. We felt that, at times, we were pestering him about picky little things. He never criticized any of our requests, never complained about being contacted on weekends, and handled everything with speed and professionalism. This man is truly a great real estate agent. He worked so hard for us in buying our Brush home, that we have asked him to assist us in selling our house in Aurora, Colorado.
