If I could give Alex 100 stars out of 10 I would. Coming to the market as a first-time home owner for my wife and I was a frightening experience; with a little luck we were referred to Alex Saavedra from a close friend. We are a young couple and finding a home in Southern California seemed to be an impossible task, but Alex had us covered. He answered all of our questions, and seemed to always be working on keeping us current with listings. We ended up finding a home within two-weeks because of his work ethic and responsiveness to the listings we had submitted to him. He was very prompt and quick when showing houses. The real gift this man has is giving his honest, and no non-sense opinion. If Alex didn't like the house, or saw something that was out of the ordinary, he would speak his mind. Alex prides himself on finding a home that will fit your needs, and won't push you to buy absurdly priced homes. This helped us find our dream home, and make a reasonable offer. With his comparable properties and expert advice, our offer was 9,000 below listing. We ended up closing within a month, and are extremely satisfied with Alex's timeliness, professional courtesy, and hard work ethic. I will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends, and using him as our realtor in the years to come.
