Jason is amazingaEUR"the first aEUR~to do when you decide to sell! I had an enormous job ahead of me listing my house and relocating 15 years of stuff out of state. I was overwhelmed and didnt even know where to start at our first meeting. Jason is so much more than a realtor! Hes an organizational genius and went beyond anything I could hope for. He really listens and anticipates a need before its even on your radar. He wasnt afraid to roll his sleeves up and met all of my crazy demands. He kept things on schedule from start to finish and his calm demeanor and commitment would instantly lower my stress level. My house sold in under two weeks!! I dont know how I would have done this without his expertise! Seriously, no task was too big or too small and he packs his humor too. Who doesnt need that in this housing climate! I would give him 10 stars if I could! My only regret is I couldnt load him in the moving truck to make finding a new house in a new city run as smoothly!

Jason Flesher was our listing agent for a condo unit in Jersey City downtown. We got 4 offers in 3 weeks. Accepted one. We liked him for the following qualities - - Available early morning till late evening - Answered his phone most of the time. When he couldn't, texted immediately asking if it was urgent. Always called back without fail - Provided status almost every other day without us having to ask even once. This was very important to us. - Followed up with every visitor / agent to get feedback. And passed it on to us without our having to ask. - Jason and Sawyer were on the mark with pricing suggestion before listing. - Jason took care of a few minor (and one not so minor) inspection items voluntarily to keep the process moving smoothly - Jason was in constant communication with us (Seller) and the buyers to help them transition to their new home Last but not least - while we could find a couple of comparable broker agencies who sold similar property in that area at the same level, we felt very comfortable with Sawyer's professionalism, integrity and ethics (yes, ethics) on our very first call with him. Our family includes a toddler and an infant and this year we had our hands full with family obligations, work, planning an out of state move, buying a new home, selling our existing home, and preparing for a cross country move. I knew wed need to have complete trust in our realtor to sell our condo as wed be making decisions from 1500 miles away. When we were preparing to sell our beloved condo, we met with a few realtors to see who would be the best fit for our needs and we hit the jackpot with Jason. From the onset, Jason demonstrated he is knowledgable, organized, a clear communicator, dependable, positive, patient, and so much more. It felt like a good friend was helping us to sell our home and lucky for us, working with Jason also introduced us to his network so we were easily able to complete all of our selling to do lists from contract work to freshen up our home, attorney requirements, and marketing efforts. We were a bit anxious to take on a double mortgage for an extended period of time and Jason worked with a sense of urgency and took care of everything with regards to preparing and selling our condo. The afternoon we moved out, Jason and his team immediately got to work on preparing our home from a full paint job to minor repairs and staging. He took care of photographs and had the home listed in less than a week. Before we knew it, we received multiple offers and we ultimately accepted an offer over our asking price. There were a couple of bumps in the path to closing but Jason always over communicated and he was transparent in his recommendations always putting our needs and preferences at the forefront. Overall, Jason made the selling process incredibly easy for us. It was as if we just had to give him the keys, pick an offer, and sign documents. THATS IT. If youre looking for a realtor to buy or sell your home, please do yourself a favor and give Jason a call.
