I initially contacted Kevin because I wanted to start the process of selling my home in Waimea, and Kevin had the best online ratings and reviews of all the Big Island realtors I checked out. I'm glad I did my homework. Kevin promptly returned my email and set up a time to come check out my property. He normally works in Kona, but was happy to make the drive up whenever something needed to be done in person. His friendliness and intelligence impressed me and my partner, and we decided on the spot to hire him. One thing that really impressed me about Kevin and Elite Pacific was their use of the latest technologies, like 3D home tours and social network sites. When my listing finally went live, it went up on numerous sites and came with beautiful photos and a 3D tour. Kevin arranged for the house to be professionally staged and photographed, so it looked amazing, and we had our first offer before we even did the open house. Our buyers turned out to be tough negotiators and made a lot of demands, but Kevin gave every issue and demand his full attention and expertise, and we got through the initial negotiating phase with a deal that we felt great about. Any time a task needed some outside business, from termite inspection to tidying up the yard, Kevin was happy to recommend providers and even hire them himself. He got things done and made it as easy as he possibly could. Kevin is an excellent realtor, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. You're going to pay the same commission to any realtor -- why not get the best?

Kevin is a 5 Star agent, look no further. We've lived in Kona for quite a few years now. Over the years I've researched many agents, being a due diligence kind of girl, in anticipation for the day we'd finally be on the hunt to purchase our first home. Kevin made the short list. With a deadline approaching to be out of our rental home, we decided to take the leap, so I pulled out the list, and just felt Kevin was the one to reach out too. Out the gate he did not disappoint. He was prompt to get back to me when I emailed about the first couple properties of interest, and was exceptionally attentive, knowledgable, informative, and responsive going on. We have been searching for 15 years for our little piece of paradise for retirement. We decided on Big Island Hawaii and i was tasked with finding a realtor for us. I researched quite a bit before deciding who to call. Everything factored in, we went with Kevin. The most appealing thing we found in our research is that Kevin grew up on Big Island. He attended elementary and high school here. Kevin was very attentive from the start and knew the right questions to ask to help steer us in a direction that didnt waste our time, or his. We narrowed our selections down to a reasonable list and ventured out to explore what we had found. After a few long days and a lot of hiking around on properties with some land we said aloha and went home to make our decision. Unfortunately, our first offer fell through due to COVID. That didnt deter Kevin, he stayed diligent with new properties that came on market and when one came up he thought we would like, we started the process again. I am ecstatic to say we closed escrow a few days ago on a 4 acre lot and we will be commencing on building our dream home soon. Not only did Kevin find our lot, he made a video of it for us and also has shared some great suggestions about our design. Kevin has vast local knowledge not only about real estate, but just life in general growing up and living in Hawaii. We feel very fortunate that we found Kevin, he has made this process not only fun but fairly stress free as well. He has been very good about communicating throughout the whole process so we understood everything that happened, and why.
