We first met Ian back in 2014 when we purchased a cabin in Alpine Meadows. Just 22 months later, we decided to sell the cabin and relocate to Squaw Valley and we didn't hesitate to call Ian to assist us with two simultaneous transactions. The challenge was that we wanted to sell and purchase at the same time - minimizing the amount of time we didn't have a home in Tahoe. Coupled with that, this was in the middle of the prime ski season. With Ian and Andrew's help, we sold our cabin in just 7 days. Ian's negotiation skills (and spydy gut instincts) allowed us to ultimately sell our cabin for the price we wanted after a lot of back and forth negotiation. The team then turned around quickly and worked with us to relocate and make an offer in Squaw Valley. At the end of the day, we only lost 23 days of the ski season. Pretty impressive considering the challenges we put Ian and Andrew up to.....would not hesitate to continue partnering with both in the future.
