My husband and I are out-of-town investors and we were recommended to Mikki and MikkiMoves. Finding a good realtor is easy, but finding a GREAT realtor and team is not so easy; needless to say we were blessed to have Mikki and Cheri on our team! Mikki found just the right property, was always available to us when we were in town and took the time and explained everything to us. She had our backs during the whole process, not wanting us to get into something we would regret. Once Mikki found the perfect property for us, she introduced us to Cheri, one of her agents. Cheri was AMAZING! She was able to help us during the closing process, scheduled inspections, introduced us to vendors and even helped find us a hotel room when I thought it was an impossible task during HSUs graduation! Cheri and Fidelity Title Company coordinated closing within two weeks... nothing was left undone. We closed escrow last week and Cheri checked in with us today, letting us know she is there for us if we need help finding vendors or anything else for our project. We will most certainly use MikkiMoves again and I highly recommend them to anyone... youll be extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and just fantastic people to work with! If you are looking for someone that you can trust to guide you the home buying process, then Brian Wruck is your Realtor. We have bought and sold properties in the past, so we are not new to the process but we can tell from the beginning that Brian cared about the customer and always had the ?how can I help? attitude. We told Brian that we were from out of town and needed someone to be our eyes and ears for helping us look for a property. We did not know the neighborhoods nor any values in town. We feel we were very lucky to have met Brian. We told him that we were making a special trip into town for a few hours and wanted to see if he could show us around. He got to work for us and put together a list of properties ready for us to preview. He was conscientious of our time constraints and always tried to be sure we were done by the time we needed to leave. He would point out the good and the bad parts of the homes but always let us make the decision as to what we liked or didn?t like. Through the escrow process, he?d give you enough time and information so you can make the right decision for you. Even when we didn?t get our first offer accepted, he didn?t give up on us and eventually helped us get the home we needed. Even on our closing date, Brian had gone above and beyond his role as a real estate agent and was just a good friend. Our son in law got to the property before the rest of the family with the moving van and Brian met him with the keys to the property. Seeing that no one else was around to help our son in law unload the moving truck, he just jumped right in to help. Now that is above and beyond!! Brian is a hard worker, is quick to respond, honest, and a good listener. Those are not only the attributes that you want in a good realtor but also in good person.
