Working with Gustavo and Jenni was the best thing that could have happened to our family when selling our parent's home. From day one, they were communicative, accessible, patient, and insightful. Our long-established timeline to sell the home was thrown off quite a bit, as our listing date was originally planned for mid-March -- the exact time when the world seemingly shut down due to the Covid pandemic. The entire situation could have quickly become stressful. But instead, Gustavo and Jenni made it clear that they were only concerned about the best interest of our family and provided us with the guidance and support to make decisions as they were needed. Gustavo and Jenni took care of the selling expertly and professionally, while we focused on what needed to be done to get our parent's readjusted into a new living situation at the height of an economic downturn and worldwide pandemic -- no small feat!In the end, we are thrilled to report that the house sold above the asking price, which was entirely unexpected given the unprecedented times in which we listed the sale. Throughout the negotiations and escrow proceedings, Gustavo and Jenni kept us updated on a daily basis. They guided us in every decision and helped us to make the best choice for our family. Additionally, they connected us with excellent contractors for any work that needed to be done prior to the sale, from cleaning to painting, to termite repair, each experience was terrific. Selling a house can typically be a less-than-ideal, stressful endeavor. Our situation could have easily been compounded by the entirely unprecedented situation we all found ourselves in during this worldwide pandemic. Yet, somehow through it all, Gustavo and Jenni actually made the process of selling the house an enjoyable experience, and for that, we will always remain truly grateful!
