I couldn't have asked for a more top-notch real estate agent than John. He is bright, experienced and well-versed in the many ins and outs of the real estate business. From our first meeting, it was clear to me that I had an ally who could lead, assist, and support me through the labyrinthine, tedious and sometimes tortuous aspects of finding and purchasing a new home. John was always available to answer any question no matter how small, and his input was smart and savvy. He was always well prepared, and spared me as much of the mundane busy work as humanly possible. Most importantly, John is a genuinely kind and sympathetic person who listens to and cares about his clients. This trait is of utmost importance in a realtor since buying a property can be one of the most stressful (and time-consuming) events in your life. I recommend John most enthusiastically to anyone buying or selling a home.

JC helped us buy our first family home in LA, we are a British couple who have bought in London in the past, but the process here is very different. For a start, its so much quicker! (Completing in just 25 days, versus about 4-6 months back home!) John helped us navigate the LA property buying process and held our hand the whole time. He really did take the stress out of it, which were really grateful for. He has a great personality, patient and kind but with good humor. He is very efficient and detailed and advised us on tactical approaches. He is not like your typical LA realtor, he is very likable and aEUR~real, this pays off when dealing with ppl on our behalf (agents, mortgage, escrow etc) He totally aEUR~got us. He also had great, reasonably priced contacts when it came to things like inspections. I am someone who really like to understand the ins and outs of anything I'm doing, he was super patient and involved me fully in all aspects and humored me by answering my very many questions! We did much of the searching ourselves, because we wanted to, then he set up the viewings and took it from there (of course he could do the searches for you too but that was our preference) he was very respectful of covid-19 safety too. He actually made it all an enjoyable experience...and even made the gazillion pieces of paperwork painless. He is totally aEUR~on it. Highly recommend.
