My wife an I first met Amy 5 years ago when we were thinking about leaving NYC and moving to Orange County. As first time home buyers (searchers) and apartment dwellers, everything was a very new experience. Amy showed us some homes and was very patient with us, as again, this was our first time and we we're even really sure we were going to move. She showed us an array of different homes, took us to popular neighborhood sites and restaurants and really gave us a feel of not just the house, but our possible future surroundings. Alas, we decided we were not in the market at the time, so we thanked her and wished her well. She was very gracious and wished us well. 5 years later, my wife became pregnant with our first, unexpected child. There was no way we could continue to live in the small one bedroom apartment we had in the city. Without a second thought, I called Amy. She remembered us as if it was yesterday and was very excited for contacting her and eager to help. Amy found us our dream house. She made it happen in time for the delivery of my child and I couldn't have been more pleased. Where my family now lives (since August) in Orange County has been a dream life for us, and I have her to thank. Not only did Amy puts us in our current situation, she made a few recommendations for a mortgage broker, real estate attorney and home inspector. These recommendations were in no way shape or form pushed on us, they were gently suggested. After further review of her recommendations I dissolved my business with the current people and corporations I was doing business with. Her recommendations were spot on. So now, with a better mortgage rate that I had with my bank, a dream home with a new baby, someone who understood all the stresses of buying a home for the first time and dealing with a pregnancy at the same time, she made the process so easy. I thank Amy for all that we have now and I consider her a friend.

I worked with Amy very recently on the purchase of a home in Cornwall and I couldn't have been happier with the experience.
