Exceptional does not begin to describe the type of real estate professional that Dan Heroy is. Let me begin by saying that I am the type of customer most people in a long drawn out engagement don't want to deal with - I am a project manager. I'm highly detail oriented, I expect professionalism and accuracy and I demand timeliness each step of the way. I met Dan back in February because I thought he was the listing agent for a new construction home in Brookline, NH. At the time I was toying with the idea of cashing in on a sweet spot in the market for our existing home in MA and appealing to my husband's desire for more land and fewer nonsense taxes. After chatting back and forth with Dan for several days, we decided to move forward with writing a contract on the house and we opted to sign on with Dan because he was pleasant and responsive. Fast forward five months and Dan has helped us to weather every storm imaginable - a global pandemic that caused construction delays, an incompetent team on the selling side, concerns about us potentially losing jobs, design issues and closing date moves - everything that you could imagine, but Dan was there every step of the way. Dan helped us to keep level heads during arguably the most stressful 5 months we've ever had, he kept constant lines of communication open and never balked at dealing with the headaches of this transaction. This was my fifth real estate transaction and by far the most complicated of any home that I've purchased or sold, and I could not be happier that we put our trust in Dan. Unfortunately real estate agents can be a dime a dozen, so a genuinely good agent is a like finding a needle in a haystack. Put your trust in Dan, you will absolutely not regret it!

Dan helped us through the process of both selling our mobile home and buying our dream home :) Simply put, He is VERY good at what he does! As far as selling, he kept careful track of everyone who was interested in our home, helped us get what our home was worth, and kept the process moving forward even when a contract fell through. He is also impressively professional and prompt in his correspondence, and yet his friendliness and peacefulness made the whole process easy. As far as buying our dream home, Dan walked us through the paperwork and negotiations, encouraged us to consider various contingency scenarios, and even saved us thousands of dollars by finding an error in paperwork. We can't imagine going through buying or selling a home without Dan's experience and expertise. Give him a try, and you'll quickly see that Dan's the man!
