Cameron also sought to understand what is important for us to make sure he met our needs. Cameron helped us feel comfortable through the entire process. I gave Cameron a hard challenge and he was able to get that challenge done in a very quick time. Cameron Broadbent was recommended to me by a friend whom Cameron helped to buy a home a few years ago. Cameron was very knowledgeable about the real estate industry, the local market, and the negotiation process. He helped me understand the market situation while he helped me to buy a house. He also cautioned me about potential issues with some houses that we looked at. He also found an extremely meticulous home inspector who found issues in a couple of houses that he inspected for me. Cameron is also extremely responsive and replies to text messages, emails or voice calls very quickly. He was also perseverant in following up with sellers who were not responsive. With an analytical approach, Cameron shared a 6-month price history of our style of town home and how the price changed over time. He helped us feel so comfortable choosing the price at which we wanted to sell our town home. Then, he went to work. He shared with us the ads he ran, the web traffic our home received and more! He was great at working the open house and that had a big impact.Cameron helped us achieve an aggressive price goal that ended up being $6,500 over appraisal. His help staging the home and his targeted marketing resulted in four written offers after the first open house.Cameron and his wife did years of property management for fun as a side business and it shows! They helped with touch-ups and brought in fresh bark for our small planter boxes. Anything that needed fixing, he could either offer a recommendation, a reference or helped fix it (admittedly, his wife is the best at it!).His professional marketing experience prior to working full-time in real estate was easy to see and a big help in the sale of the town home.Cameron is well organized and a great communicator. All along the way, he sincerely cared about us having a good experience and sought to ensure that.
