We needed to find a home in the Harrisonburg area quickly but we had a set of strict requirements. We began looking without an agent and became frustrated as we could not find anything matching our criteria in our price range.We signed up with Brad and immediately he had several appointments scheduled for us. After viewing a few with us he understood what we were looking for, what we wanted and what we definitely did not want to look at, and within a few days he scheduled a viewing for the perfect home for us, but at a price at our high end. Brad helped us negotiate a considerable discount and within a day we had a deal!Brad provided several after-sale services and support such as lining up and scheduling the home inspection, attending and contributing to the home walk-through list, recommending the mortgage loan officer, providing home buying and utility set-up checklists, and attending the final walk-through. We can't say enough about how happy we are with Brad Cohen and how lucky we were to find him to help with our new home search. We are now moved in and getting settled and very happy in our new home - it is perfect for us!

We were referred to Brad and were very happy with his handling of our real estate transaction. We live out of state and were interested in buying a specific investment property that became available in the Harrisonburg area. Brad went above and beyond during our time working together. Given our 3 hour time difference, sometimes communications at our end lagged. We would call or email him expecting to leave a message or get an email back the following day but he always made himself available to us regardless of the fact that it was well after business hours in VA. We were also very pleasantly surprised at the depth of knowledge that Brad had regarding many different angles of our transaction. His education and interest in real estate were very obvious and his advice and guidance were thoughtful and helpful. We were excited and nervous about dipping into investment real estate but Brad truly helped make the experience smooth and gave us confidence that we were making a good decision. If we decide to purchase additional properties, we would definitely use Brad again.
