The thought of buying my first home was daunting. I felt like I had no idea what I was doing and just thinking about it gave me so much anxiety. Meeting Lenore was completely by chance and boy did I luck out. Even from our first meeting, Lenore was approachable, laid back yet professional and I immediately started to feel like that this was something I could do. She took the time to understand what I liked and disliked and even helped me see things that I had never considered. Lenore was intuitive at understanding my needs so much so that we were pulling the same listings (she also brought to the table quite a few that I had missed). It was also a bonus to have Paul on hand and he was equally a pleasure to work with. The experience they both had was invaluable and I learned quite a bit through the process. Even though Im excited about owning my first home part of me doesnt know what Im going to do on the weekends without Lenore and Paul!

I have read that among the most stressful things you can do or experience, buying a home is number one, even above death of a loved one and divorce. That simply wasnt true with Lenore Cottrell as our Realtor. Having a friend buying a home at the same time as us, I had an excellent comparison model to use and Lenore came out on top every.single.time. She listened to you when you talked. She was punctual, didn?t push any agenda, fights for what you want. She is extremely easy to talk to, and the most important thing to me - whenever we had questions and had to communicate via text/email she replied within seconds. Buying a home might be stressful for so many reasons but I will never know what those are. It was such a wonderful experience for us and Id be remiss if I didnt give 100% credit to her. My wife and I highly recommend her if you dont want white hair and a heart attack in your 30s. Thank you so much, Lenore!
