My wife was researching Augusta real estate and got on Danny's email list, completely by chance. Being from Colorado, we needed a person who was knowledgeable of the area and market. He was able to make suggestions and guide us to areas that we had not even considered. When we visited on a weekend in October 2021, Danny spent his entire Saturday and Sunday showing us Augusta, North Augusta, Evans, Appling, Martinez, and, at his suggestion, Aiken, SC. His knowledge of the entire region was critical in order for us to learn about the area and to be able to discern which area and property fit with our needs. It turns out that his suggestion, Aiken, was the perfect fit. Because of Danny's willingness to spend time combined with specific local knowledge of the area, we felt comfortable to move forward with an offer and purchase after just that weekend. The most important factor for us moving forward with our Aiken purchase was Danny's trustworthiness. His honesty was apparent to us after just a few minutes with him. We now are happy to own our dream property and are looking forward to moving from Colorado to South Carolina. While he may only have 1 year experience in real estate per se, Danny has a lifetime of experience in the Aiken/Augusta area, with connections, history, and knowledge that would be hard to match.
