Heidi VonGrey is an exceptional agent! Her skill, compassion, and unfailing optimism make her a truly remarkable person and someone you want in your corner whether you are buying or selling a home. She went through great lengths and overcame so many challenges to sell my rental property in Oak Harbor, WA. I live in Connecticut, and my house was occupied by a tenant and managed by a rental company. As if the entire continental U.S.'s span weren't enough, COVID-19 threw unprecedented hurdles in Heidi's path to get my house sold! My tenants lease was due to expire and they were ready to move, but rental inventory was extremely low and my management company was useless. Because of the virus, we could not legally list the property until they found another place to live. Heidi persevered and went above and beyond to work with my tenants to help them find another lovely place to rent so we could list the house. Once my house was listed, Heidi was accommodating and informative. She stayed in touch with me on an almost daily basis. This was a HUGE comfort to me since I was all the way in Connecticut and could not travel to Washington due to the pandemic. She found handymen to help fix little things and even did lawn work in between open houses. Heidi worked tirelessly to bring in offers, and we received a full-price offer, along with a few others. Once under contract, unlike other agents I have worked with, she stayed in touch and kept working to close the deal. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Heidi VonGrey.
