It isn't often you work with a realtor for over two years. My husband and I knew we would be transferring to the surrounding suburbs of Milwaukee, but we had no idea where or the market. We contacted Mike off a Zillow listing and for two year he worked patiently with us looking at homes til we were ready to make the move. Last week we closed on a home. During the process Mike was always available even in the shortest of moments, always got back to us in a timely manner, and came prepared with information on each listing. We most admired his honesty when giving feedback and recommendations. He would point out the positives and negatives in a home. He educated us in the housing markets and even on the fine details of specific homes. In the competitive market he knew when to act fast. I often thought after 2 years, when is Mike going to fire us ....as this family is too indecisive!! Mike is professional, fair, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks for guiding us for over two years.
