We started the process of listing our home by having a brief conversation with Darcy. We discussed our pros and cons while she listened attentively. There was no pressure one way or the other. Anticipating that this years purchase season would be in full swing earlier then usual wedecided to proceed in an effort to get ahead of the rush. We would have drug our feet and delayed listing until aEURoewe got the projects done around the houseaEUR? if it wasnt for Darcy. I can only imagine how often that alone keeps people from moving forward. Darcy recommended Compasss concierge service and the projects were done even quicker and more effortlessly then we expected. With Darcy running point, our home went live seemingly overnight. She set clear expectations with us about the process and always anticipated our needs. For example, she was very in tune with what steps would be emotional for us and how to best handle them. Needless to say, we were extremely satisfied working with Darcy. As a result of her hard work, the offers we received were exactly what we had hoped for. Right around the middle of our transaction the Coronavirus hit the greater Seattle area. Information was changing quickly and uncertainty, even faster. Things that were once a normal part of a transaction such as an appraisal and signing docs at escrow all had to be navigated with the utmost care. Everyone has(d) to do their part to protect the spread. With the hard work of Darcy and team, First American Title, the buyers, their agent and lender, we closed on time. I could go on and on about our amazing experience but I have to get back to trying to home school my kids ??. If only I could get Darcy to help us with that too!

When we decided to buy a house, we had no idea how to choose a real estate agent. We observed some when browsing open houses and were not impressed; they seemed tired and disinterested in selling the house and speaking to potential clients. This is not what we expected when searching for a home.Fortunately, a friend with similarly high expectations for business recommended Darcy Perea. In our initial appointment, Darcy took time to clearly explain her approach and to answer our questions about the home-buying process. We weren't very familiar with the area, so our first outing was spent looking at a wide-variety of homes and neighborhoods. Darcy soon understood our tastes and zeroed-in on what we wanted in our future home. We could trust her to browse listings and only send along relevant, promising listings, including some that we would have overlooked on our own.Darcy is always fast to respond to our e-mails and calls and was very accommodating to our schedule. Visiting homes with her was a pleasure; she was organized and professional, and also incredibly fun as we discussed our likes and dislikes of properties. When we found our home, we trusted her experience and recommendations on how to move forward, and thanks to her quick and excellent work, we went to contract and eventually closed without issue. Darcy continued to go above and beyond, obtaining several contractor estimates for us while we were out of town.We are so thankful for all of her work and recommend her wholeheartedly. Without Darcy, we wouldn't have found our wonderful new home.
