Before contacting Robert Moody in March of 2017 I did some research and looked at his most recent reviews. I was most favorably impressed. I had originally contacted Mr. Moody about the sale of my fathers cabin (my father sold the cabin to a friend and their agreement was rather sketchy) so I wanted this sale to be up and up. Mr. Moody provided us with excellent counseling to be sure this sale was legal and the necessary steps taken. He did this without charge. When my father passed in December I again called Robert and chose him for our selling agent. Without question he is the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable realtor I have used (this is much to his credit as I am 65 and have relocated 9 times in the past 40 years and worked with more than 9 agents). Mr. Moody absolutely went above and beyond his professional duty in selling my fathers home on El Camino Drive in Clayton. He gently persuaded an unwilling tenant to move, hired his own cleanup crew to completely empty and clean the home, garage, and yard of all clothing, furniture, junk, old sheds and things my father had accumulated for many years that we children could not use. He also ordered two large bins for the cleanup job. He saved my brother and I so much time, energy and mental anguish of having to do this ourselves. I believe we got a very fair (if not more than) price for the home and when there were papers to be signed he arranged for DocuSign so everything could be done from my computer at home- I live 3 hours from Clayton. The notary also came to my home. I would not hesitate at all in highly recommending Robert Moody for any of your real estate needs.
