Bill Davis is the man! Our family cannot express enough what he has done for us throughout the whole selling and buying process. First off I would like to begin is, without his great knowledge in communications and work experience in this field I dont think we were able to do it without him. I like to start off by saying we had another realtor before Bill and thought our old agent would help us make it easy and stress free.. lets just say weve been trying to look for our dream home for 3 years with this old realtor and nothing happened. We had to move on and I knew Bill from our early teens, so we just give him a shot. I cannot believe I didnt gone with him sooner. Lets just say after we hired Bill as our realtor moving forward and we got our dream home in less than 3 months! Well getting a offered accepted to our dream home wasnt the hard part, it was selling our old place first, then having the seller wait for us until our home was in contract. WellaEUR| Bill did EVERYTHING! He made this 3 year journey into a 3 months!!! We cannot still believe what he have done for us and words cannot express everything. Selling and buying is a stressful journey but if it wasnt for Bill Davis and his team we wouldnt have our dream home today and were grateful to have Bill in our lives for making this journey a dream come true. If youre in the process or thinking about a home say no more and get on the phone with this man ASAP! Hell make everything stress-free and a breeze. The home buying process can be extremely stressful especially for first time home buyers in the Bay Area. My husband and I just bought our first townhome in Antioch, CA and our experience would not of been the same without Jasmin.We were living in our dream apartment in San Francisco right off of Ocean beach when we became pregnant and decided it was time to move on to a bigger home and more suburb lifestyle for our growing family. I inquired on a listing on Zillow and on accident, ended up working with two different realtors named Jasmin. Out of professional curtesy we partnered with the aEUR~other Jasmin since I spoke to her first. In the 6 weeks we spent house hunting with the aEUR~other Jasmin, our Jasmine was available to help answer questions and offer her resources to us. She felt like a friend who genuinely cared about us finding the right home for our baby on the way. After a few weeks, we started growing frustrated with not understanding the process and feeling like everything has to be rushed otherwise we would miss our opportunity to even bid on a property with that aEUR~other Jasmin. Jasmine took time out to educate us on what to expect and a timeline of the buying process. Few weeks later, on a Sunday afternoon I abruptly reached out to Jasmin to show us several properties last minute (within an hour) and she cleared her afternoon for me. We viewed a handful of properties on Sunday, put in an a few offers on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon we were in Escrow with our now home! She was prompt, professional, and made it happen for us! The entire process was smooth. We were able to close on our home in 21 days! Jasmin and her team reviewed our contracts and inspections thoroughly and made us feel comfortable and secure about our purchase. With us living in San Francisco and the property in Antioch, it was hard for us to make it out for the inspections so Jasmine chaperoned the entire process for us and checked in via FaceTime/calls to make sure everything was what we expected. We didnt have to drive again to the property till it was time to pick up our keys! As a first time home buyer, and pregnant with our first baby, this entire process started off feeling intimidating and impossible to complete before the baby. Each day we worked with Jasmine, it started to feel smoother and smoother and we were getting closer and closer to our dream home within the time frame that was comfortable for me. I couldnt be any more grateful for the efficiency and consideration. Thank you so much to Jasmine and her team!
