My husband and I worked with Rachel and the Hausman team to buy our first house and we could not be happier with the experience! Rachel showed us dozens of houses over 5 months as we narrowed down what we were looking for. She was incredibly patient as we wanted to take our time finding the right house for us. We were very impressed with how well she knew the area down to each individual neighborhood, as well as her connection and love for the community. She gave us honest and direct feedback which was super helpful and appreciated. She is very quick to respond and truly went above and beyond for us. We worked with both Rachel and Hope during closing and the entire process was seamless. They were patient and helped explain the process to us as first time homebuyers. We met Todd in one of the Open Houses we visited during our initial stages of the home buying process. We found Todd to be a Gentleman and very knowledgeable. We exchanged contact information then. Later when we were ready to start the house buying process, we connected again. Todd explained to us the whole process in terms of what we can expect in the current housing market scenario. We started with seeing houses within and over our budget in different areas to get an idea of various floor-plan & community. After seeing a few houses we were confident and knew exactly what we wanted. Todd made a list of what is "Must Haves" & "Nice to have". Post then we were shown houses tailored to our needs. He was able to show us the houses on the first day of listing and many private listing houses as well. He guided us based on his experience and information available at that moment on providing the tips. He was very patient throughout the whole process.Finally, we were able to get the home which was exactly what we had dreamt about. It's been more than a month that we have lived in this house and we couldn't be happier. House is awesome and neighborhood is very friendly.Todd not only helped us with finding our dream home but was also able to arrange for Attorney, Lender, Inspection Agents, Contractors, etc... He has some very strong connections. He went extra mile to provide us with the right help needed during the closing process too.
