I contacted Laura to explore properties in the Dallas Fort Worth area at 8pm, granted. As a starting investment property firm, we typically work late so it is easy for us to lose track of time. Initially, I called and received no answer, which was perfectly fine. Laura then calls me back a few minutes later, I greet her as nicely as possible and explain why I am calling. She then proceeds to say "You're an investment firm, calling at 8pm? Yeah, not interested" and hangs up on me. I understand I called outside of traditional business hours but as a real estate professional, it isn't uncalled for to be available or work late. However, I do not understand why she called back, just to be rude to a perspective client. She could have easily said, "I'm not working right now but I can call you back at 9AM" or not called back at all. I get the impression from this interaction that she will not go above and beyond for her clients and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
