Sharon was the selling agent for the home we bought. She was very responsive to all requests right up until settlement. Sharon provided us with lots of useful info on the house so that we moved with realistic expectations about maintenance & updates that had been done, as well as those still needed.Because we were happy with Sharon's assistance, we asked her to represent us as our selling agent for the home we were leaving. From the day it went on the market until settlement was 4 months which we were very happy with. It was unusual, though, that we had 2 failed contracts in that time. Sharon and her staff were VERY fast to put the home back on the market, resume Open Houses, etc. They worked so hard to sell that place! And it is tough to deal with the disappointment when a buyer backs out, but we made it through! Sharon and her team are very professional!
