Nicole is amazing!!! We worked together at Facebook and she represented everything a great recruiter should be: excellent follow-up, negotiation skills, naturally inquisitive, perseverance/grit, customer service, honesty, transparency, and guidance. Her skills translated very well as a real estate agent. I reached out to Nicole knowing that we would be in great hands. We were looking to buy our second home, and wanted to purchase in Livermore. The experience was so much better than my first home. I still remember her asking me how much info I wanted to know throughout the process even if I purchased a home before. Nicole was knowledgeable and gave me enough info in every step. She made sure that all appointments/appraisals were done in a timely manner as well as making sure to give regular updates of where we were within the negotiations and closing stages.
