Amanda was amazing in helping us find the right home! We had heard and read a lot about the hot housing market and how competitive it can be. In the end, Amanda navigated us through the entire process with such ease! The entire process was extremely smooth. She listened to what we were looking for very intently and everything we looked at was within what we had in mind. She was able to pin point what was most important. She kept her ear to the ground constantly and always kept us in the loop. She answered every single one of the 1,000 questions we asked with honesty and grace. My experience with the Kent and Sandoval team is more unique than probably most. Ive had the good pleasure to get to know them personally beyond just their professional scope of real estate, and can strongly attest to their lovely character, vast knowledge, local connections and ability to sell a home. I needed to renovate and sell my childhood home, but after living out of state for decades, I no longer had the connections to local services. Amanda and Margaret put us in touch with the most exceptional contractors needed to complete our full reno. We have never had such a favorable experience with diverse crews of multiple trades.
