My experience with the Kent and Sandoval team is more unique than probably most. Ive had the good pleasure to get to know them personally beyond just their professional scope of real estate, and can strongly attest to their lovely character, vast knowledge, local connections and ability to sell a home. I needed to renovate and sell my childhood home, but after living out of state for decades, I no longer had the connections to local services. Amanda and Margaret put us in touch with the most exceptional contractors needed to complete our full reno. We have never had such a favorable experience with diverse crews of multiple trades. Not a single hiccup, delay, or problem throughout. We enjoyed attentive, accomplished and happy tradesmen who made a multi-faceted renovation flow with timely ease. Anyone with renovation experience will know this to be a highly unusual phenomon. Upon completion of our reno, they recommended a veteran stager to further enhance our homes features, and then had it beautifully photographed by a highly sought after team. The result was mulitple offers in less than a week, and a closed contract in just twenty days. Incredible! In the end, Amanda and Margaret have become dear friends. Amanda was amazing in helping us find the right home! We had heard and read a lot about the hot housing market and how competitive it can be.
