Ben knows the Marin area as well as any agent (he grew up here!). We had a difficult set of criteria in what we needed in a house as well as a limited budget. The process took a while, but Ben was steady and patient throughout it all. For all of our offers (we put in 5 and got a house on the 5th!), Ben guided and positioned us well so that we were comfortable with what we committed to while also giving us a chance in the market. It is an incredibly tough market and having Ben help us through it, we have happily settled in a great house for us! And, the best part, it's not just Ben. His whole team is fantastic. They provided great support so that we could get up to see places when we needed to. After we purchased, they have been incredibly helpful in getting us setup with assistance in upgrades to the home and general maintenance work so we are not left out without any ideas for help.
