Honestly my parents bought a house back in 2000 and had the worst experience with a realtor. Come 2017 they still had a very sour taste and distrust for realtors but myself and my sisters convinced them it would be cheaper to buy since the rents are starting to go higher than mortgages. They found a beautiful condo And reluctantly took a chance Brian. I seriously can't tell you enough about the experience and the relieve we felt as a family finally finding a realtor that persona does the words honest and knowledgeable. He also was a really good negotiator, He got my parents more than what they expected and was available anytime they had a question. He never took advantage of knowing more than them and made the process so smooth. The whole team was great and not the typical salesman type. Just good people doing a honest and thorough job. They even responded on a Friday night one time when they were off to our question, even went to the office to change our offer and the next day it was accepted. If you want a great company and a amazing realtor, seriously I would go with Brian.
