I was referred to Renee after my mother passed away unexpectedly. I live on the East Coast, so it was really important that I found an agent that went above and beyond. Renee delivered in every single aspect. Within a day of reaching out to her, she met me at the property and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be updated prior to listing. After we finished the initial walk through, she contacted each vendor, had them send price estimates, and then worked with me using her industry expertise to select the best options. The painter, flooring vendor, handyman, gardener, and stager that she referred were all incredibly professional and did a wonderful job. The only thing I had to do from a distance was send in payment for each vendor, Renee took care of every other detail. During our initial meeting, she said the house would sell within two months and, and true to her word, escrow closed less than two months later for above asking price. I've made multiple sales in Northern and Southern California, and Renee was the best agent I've ever worked with. She was communicative, organized, and above all, she had an expertise in real estate and project management that was beyond my expectations. I've worked with vendors across many fields, and Renee went above and beyond in every single aspect!

Renee' is a brilliant realtor and a wonderful and considerate person. I gave her the responsibility of selling my childhood home; the home my parents built. Unlike so many other realtor's who tried to get the listing and saw me as a listing, Renee' saw me as a person faced with sentimental challenges and gave me the time, space and insight needed to manage the process to its successful conclusion. She clearly understood the market. If I had taken her advice sooner the house would have sold sooner but she allowed me to do what I deemed necessary. She staged it beautifully. Because the house was empty we had a squatter. She solved that problem and the squatter was arrested. Renee' came highly recommended and that recommendation lived up to it's billing. On a scale of 1 to 5 Renee' gets a 10! She's the best!

We found Renee through Zillow and we saw her at many open houses over the past two years in the Pocket Area. We interviewed multiple agents and Renee really stood out to us as very professional and interested in working hard to help us sell our house. In short, Renee did everything we expected and more to help us sell our house. The market was hit but our home did not sell during the first month because the house was a bit cluttered. Renee advised us to stage the house and make a few adjustments and then we had multiple offers in the next few days. I feel confident in saying Renee's expertise allowed us to sell our house. What we liked the most is how comfortable she made us feel that she was doing everything she could to sell the house: prepare us for the costs and work involved, point out repairs that would add value, bring a contractor to give us an estimate and do the work, price the house based not only on comparables but expectations about where the price could be if "this and that was done", give us expectations about the appraisal value, and keeping in touch with us regularly with updates on each step of the process. Renee was also very savvy at strategy and marketing. Our home was advertised on multiple websites and we received analytics for page views on each of our pictures. Before we even listed the home, Renee had a professional photographer take pictures that really stood out and made our home look spectacular. Renee gave us great suggestions on when to list our home, when to have the open house, and gave us a timeline of the steps that would need to be completed to before the listing and after we accepted an offer so we could plan and prepare. There is a very good reason Renee has excellent reviews. It's because she's excellent at what she does and has to be a top-tier Real Estate Agent. I would definitely have Renee in charge of selling my next house and will recommend her to friends. Renee even went above and beyond to help negotiate renting while we look for our next place!
