Given that I have a young daughter, I had a very specific list of criteria and things that were non-negotiable for me in any property. Even with the challenging rental market at the time and very limited options, Kevin was extremely patient, thorough, organized, and transparent throughout the process. He had a great grasp on what I was looking for from the start, and he always took the time to vet any potential options that could work for me. His communication skills are top-notch as he is extremely responsive and always replies in a very timely matter, and always explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He found a place that had everything I wanted and fit within my budget?I like it so much he helped me renew my lease for another 12 months when I was only planning to stay for a year!
