Courtney is the ultimate professional. She managed the entire process from beginning to end and then some. She was extremely patient. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted in the beginning. She took the time to show us homes in different locations and different price ranges. She listened to our wants and needs and what we liked and didn't like. She took our lifestyle and family into consideration. She was extremely patient and ultimately found us the perfect home! and she didn't stop there! she helped through all the ancilliary processes, finding professionals, legal, inspections, engineers, etc. to make the process smoother. After the home sale was completed, she still makes herself available. When my moving men didn't show up, I reached out to her and she was able to get me a great moving company to come to my house and give me a written estimate the same day, and they moved me the next day. She must have called in a lot of favors on my behalf and it is truly appreciated. Even to this day, she still helps me...she provided me with the name of a great cleaning person, electrician and handyman.......Courtney is everything wrapped up in one package. I recommend her highly to everyone!

I would recommend Courtney to anyone, she is extremely knowledgeable and really cares for her customers. I met Courtney in 2003 when I was in the process of buying my first home. I didn't have an agent at that time and I was looking at a house listed by her. I was impressed with the details she provided and decided to go with her as my agent. She helped me buy my first house in 2003. She never compelled me to buy the house. Instead she meticulously explained the pros and cons and helped me make correct decisions. In 2008, I bought my second house through her and she also helped me rent out my old house. She showed me so many houses at that time and was very patient with me. I was really slow in making up my mind but she kept on showing me the houses until we found the one that met all my conditions. Then again in 2015 I reached out to her for selling my old house that was being rented out. Even in a tough market she helped me sell that house as-is in just under a month's time! Her deep knowledge of the market, professionalism, accessibility, patience and above all, unparalleled customer service, together puts her leagues above the rest!

I first experienced Courtney's professionalism and lengthy knowledge when she sold my mother in law's home. I was impressed by her ability to communicate in a way that made the experience easy with as little stress as possible. After that sale, I stayed in touch thinking that I would like to sell my house one day and get something different in the same town. I emailed her periodically and asked her questions about home improvements and how they would help resale - she advised that some ideas were good and others not so much, her honestly was very helpful in keeping my HGTV dreams in check. Even though I wasn't officially a client at the time as answered all my emails promptly and with great detail. It was so helpful to know that I had her in my corner as real estate is not something I have vast knowledge about. When it was time to sell our house, it came up very quickly and in the middle of a major kitchen remodel. Again, she came in before the remodel started and gave pointers about how to keep the project geared towards resale as well as things she would do to the rest of the house to make it more attractive to buyers as our goal was to sell quickly. The remodel went well and then the staging process came and went quickly - thanks to her input. We put our house on the market on a Thursday and by the following week had entered into best and final with multiple over ask offers. We closed in two and a half months. Without Courtney and her amazing team, I don't think we could have sold our house so quickly and with such little stress. She was able to answer all questions and inform us of all steps along the way which made us so much more relaxed and able to move out of state without any worry or fear that the deal wouldn't turn out as expected.
