We were living in Texas when we bought our home in Tennessee. In fact, we bought it sight un-seen! The house we were bidding on already had two other bids on it, and with Allison's help and guidance, we outbid them and now have the perfect house that we were looking to buy. Because we were out of state during the transactions, Allison quickly sent us the counter-offers and paperwork via e-mail. She was very helpful with getting our non-essential questions answered. Where Allison stands out, I believe, is her assistance to us after we bought the house. We were still living in Texas and waiting to move until the school year ended. Which meant that our new home would be vacant for 10 weeks. Allison went to 3-4 neighbors' homes, and left notes with her contact information and our contact information, should something happen and the neighbors needed to find someone. She also met with our painters and telephone company to let them in the house, so that some work could get started before we moved in. She was always kind, supportive and understanding of our requests. It's hard to buy a home and live in a different state! Allison has a friendly personality and understands what type of amenities families like to have close by (parks, stores, entertainment, etc.).
