We sought out Allison thru a process of looking at numerous web sites for realtors who specialized in land/farm or "unique" properties. Allisons' site stood out based on the quality of the photos as they depicted the properties and the quality of the descriptions. Our request for contact was immediately returned and Allison immediately familiarized herself with our property and we met within days. We explained to her we had previously listed our home for 4 months without a single showing and wanted an honest assessment of the value and the market for our property. She completed that process the next day and we were sure we had the correct combination of professional aggression, local and industry knowledge and valuation. We listed with Allison and had a showing the 1st day on the market. The home sold for full listing price in 10 days!! The process did not lose momentum after the contract was signed. Allison was detailed and precise on each step leading to closing. To make a great situation more amazing, on the day of our expedited closing Allison met us at 8 am to "car sit" our 3 dogs and 1 cat while we signed paperwork!!
