We actually meet Kevin and Naomi about 4.5years ago when we were looking to purchase our first home and we had such a wonderful experience with them then, that when we went to sell that home, we reach out to them again. We again had a great experience working with them over the past couple of months. They met with us right away when we contacted them and came over to talk to us about timing, pricing, and expectations. Kevin made recommendations for any changes/fixes that would help the home sell better. We had a small bathroom we needed to remodel before putting our home in Dublin on the market and Kevin even provided a reference for someone to contact about completing the work for us. They did great marketing for us and hired a professional photographer to come and take lots of pictures, that turned out really well. They listed on a Wednesday, had open houses Friday-Sunday, with amazing turnouts (our neighbors even called us to tell us how many people came to look at the home) and we were in contact by the following Friday, with an over asking offer that had everything, plus more, than we were asking for. We listed our home before purchasing another one and were looking for a 2-3 month rent back. The original offer came back with only a 60 rent back and we were going to take it and try to rush to find a new home and close before the end of our rent back period. But Naomi didnt want us to have to rush, so she suggested and successfully negotiated and additional 30 days for us! Which we ended up needing, so we were very happy!They were always very responsive to any questions and/or concerns we had. They even had a vacation planned during this time, but were emailing, texting or calling us back the entire time. We were very happy with their services and even recommended them to my best friend to purchase her home. While we arent planning on moving any time soon, if we do move again, we plan on utilizing Kevin and Naomi for buying and selling our home.
