Lisa recently helped me and my fiancee purchase our first home. For other first time homeowners this process can seem arduous and at times never ending, but she consistently went above and beyond to help us get the house we wanted at the price we wanted. She was honest and knowledgeable about the market prices and what sellers would consider on each house. On some houses she suggested we start low, and others she suggested we start at or above asking price. This assured us that she was not just out for the quick sale, but truly had our best interest in mind when negotiating prices. She was constantly available, and always in our corner even when it was not necessarily her job, like when we were having trouble with our disastrous mortgage provider who was not knowledgeable at all, and very unprofessional.
