Simon is an amazing real estate agent! Buying a home in the city felt like a daunting task even after owning a home in South Bay. We contacted Simon after reading his reviews on Zillow and we are super glad we chose him. Simon did an awesome job of educating us different neighbourhoods in the city, understanding our needs and suggested strategies to optimize our search. He was super responsive and always gave honest feedback even if it was a house we really liked! Above all Simons forte lies with his approach to writing the most compelling offer. For the bidding wars in SF, its not about how much you can afford but how good your bid is. When we fell in love with a home he had a very strategic plan that allowed us to be ahead of the game. Even though we were 5/11 in the first round, we won the final round with his suggestion of going slightly over the asking price. He is also well connected in the real estate community, which I also believe played a big role in securing our home. Thanks to Simon, for getting a house we absolutely love. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Erin is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with!I have been investing in real estate for many years, and have come across numerous realtors. No one comes close to Erin. She has assembled a "dream team" of professionals who will see to it that you have the most stress-free, pleasant buying/selling experience possible. I live in L.A, and had to do most of the buying and selling long distance. Her team helped me to find the plumber and a handyman to do numerous jobs, such as hanging a new wallpaper, fixing the plumbing, etc. She also gave me a list of movers and the move was so stress free. It was very easy and pleasant!I was so impressed with Erin when I bought in SF that I utilized her services to sell my property in Oakland. She did a superb job in staging, pricing and marketing the property in Oakland. It sold within days of listing, for much more than the asking price. This is impressive, since there were many other units for sale in the area with similar features. Some of them had been on the market for over several months. She was able to see the best features of the property, highlight them, and market it to the right potential buyers. She exceeded my expectations beyond measure!I plan to use only Erin's services from now on if I buy or sell in the Bay Area. You should do the same.

I worked with the Bellings Brothers in selling my condo. I spoke with a few other agents and from the start it seemed like these guys went above and beyond what others did for you, and that certainly seemed to be the case.They completely took over the reno work we decided to do to the unit. I still wanted to show up to meet with some of the people doing the work and they managed to line up every vendor in back to back 30min meetings (on 1 or 2 days notice) so as to be as efficient as possible with my time. The people they brought to the table were great and the prices were great because they clearly have relationships with these folks. I didn't have to lift a finger throughout. The vendors were completely managed by them and they did a great job sprucing the place up!When it came time to selling they went above and beyond again. They crushed it on pricing strategy and on the marketing, and got a crazy number of people through the door, which was critical. When offer time came around they did an amazing job getting me the absolute best deal and navigating the crazy waters of closing escrow during shelter in place orders.I will definitely be telling anyone I know selling in SF that they'd be crazy not to use these guys!
