Michael was recommended to us by two different friends who he had helped find their perfect home here in San Francisco. We are so grateful that we took them up on their recommendation! We couldnt have asked for a better realtor to help us through our first home buying experience. We began looking for a home in March right as shelter in place started and Micheal did an excellent job assisting us through this whole process despite the ever changing regulations for showings with COVID19. We loved being able to work with someone close to us in age and from the area that we were interested in. It made it so much easier to have someone that could relate to the type of home and amenities that we were looking for. Micheal is super responsive and was always available for any of our needs at any time of day. I am a night shift nurse with a nontraditional schedule and Michael was always very accommodating with our meetings and showings as well. When we closed on our condo (after a lot of stress but plenty of help and reassurance from Micheal), Micheal and Aaron very graciously delivered our keys right to our doorstep. Micheal has also continued to stay in touch after closing on our home to help with recommendations for our home improvement projects. Wed highly recommend utilizing the Bellings Brothers for any of your real estate needs! Theyre a joy to work with and truly made the home buying process a very positive experience.
