We just bought our first house in San Francisco! During a pandemic, no less. And the Bellings Brothers made it happen. Aaron and Michael were an absolute dream to work with. Not only are they just plain good people, they know what theyre talking about. They completely understands the ins and outs of the San Francisco market (even in strange COVID times). After just a few house tours with Aaron, he truly got what we were looking for. We ended up looking at less than a dozen homes, falling in love with one, putting in an offer, and getting it! (We texted Aaron, aEURoeYou have to get us this house.aEUR? And he did!)Good people surround themselves with other good people - they have someone for everything (lenders, floor people, garage door people, handyman, etc. etc.), and their recommendations are spot on. As first-time homebuyers, we had *a lot* of questions. Aaron was (and still is!) endlessly patient with us, answering every question we had along the way. His imagination is huge when it comes to renovation opportunities and truly seeing the best in every place. aEURoeTheres no bad property, only a bad price.aEUR? We also appreciated his total honesty and transparency throughout the process - we never felt like we were being sold to. The Bellings Brothers were partners throughout the whole process and I know they will continue being fantastic partners for years to come.

Michael and Aaron did a great job. My wife, Kiren, and I met Michael during an open house for a place they were selling. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge of the different neighborhoods and what to expect for a given price point. As Kiren and I refined our search, we looped Michael in, and every week he would send some recommendations based on our criteria. As we began to see places that we loved, Michael made sure that he checked out each place and provided his feedback on our short list.When it came time to make a bid for our property, the Bellings Brothers did a great job of managing our expectations. We put our best foot forward, and we were delighted that our first offer on our first place was immediately accepted.During escrow, Aaron was indispensable, while Michael was away at a conference. Our seller did not do an independent inspection, so we did one ourselves. Aaron made sure that any concerns that popped up were taken care of by the seller.Kiren and I were super grateful for their work.
