Ashlee did a great job as a buyers agent for my family and I moving to the area from out of state. She was one of the few relocation certified agents in the area, and it really helped to have someone with the BHHS name. Ashlee did a great job working with sellers agents to negotiate prices and get down to the bottom of any potential mechanical/structural issues on the houses that she showed us. The week before closing, the in-house partner mortgage lender made a huge blunder that greatly affected the monthly payments I would be committing to, and closing costs. Some other agents would probably just say "sorry, but at least you still got the house you wanted". Ashlee did not take the short-term easy route, and instead helped me work things out with the lender to make things right.Ashlee also had a great network of tradespeople (electrician, HVAC, carpenter, plumber) that we ended up using for renovations on our home, and they all did great work at a fair price.I would highly recommend Ashlee and her office for any future home purchase or sales agent duties.
