Being a young couple buying our very first home in the middle of a pandemic, my husband and I were more than a little nervous about making the leap from renting to buying. In fact, we now own our current house, not because we had the highest bid, but because we wrote the owners a personalized letter based on Cathy's advice.Ultimately, Cathy knew just what we needed and just when we needed it! She was always personable, diligent, and professional, never leading us astray or neglecting us over the several months in which we benefited from her services.
