MaryBeth was AMAZING! As first time homebuyers, we were so grateful to find MaryBeth (she was a recommendation from a close friend). She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and buying-process, she was always flexible with our crazy schedule, and she is SUPER responsive via text, email, and phone. She was able to help us buy our first home below our maximum budget, was realistic with us about what we wanted and the timeline in which we would find it, and patiently answered my husband's 20+ questions per house. She would wait for us to form an opinion on the homes we viewed before offering her expertise, and she would point out any worrisome problems with homes or recommendations for us to consider. Beyond the buying experience, her resources and recommendations once we were under contract were phenomenal, and we can't imagine buying a home with anyone else! Even after the closing, she's been so helpful with providing recommendations for contractors and other services if we ask. We cannot express enough how GREAT MaryBeth is!

I worked with MaryBeth to purchase my first home. In the beginning, she met with me to understand my criteria and gave me a great overview of where the market was at (I started looking for homes in March 2022). I began looking at homes and she was always available to meet to view them and gave me her honest opinion when looking at them. I also really appreciated that she spent time looking at any areas that might cause issues, such as the crawlspace, attic space, underneath counters, etc. When I found a home I wanted to put an offer on, MaryBeth provided with me with helpful comparables and advice on what to offer. I was very lucky to get the first house I put an offer on and MaryBeth then provided me with a number of helpful resources to guide me through to closing. We unfortunately discovered some issues with the house and MaryBeth was so incredibly helpful in terms of navigating getting bids and going back to the seller to negotiate some money back, for which we were successful. I highly recommend using MaryBeth!
