Buying a home is an intense process, and I can't recommend anyone better to have on your side than Daniel! He was an excellent guide and advocate at every stage of the process. When my wife and I were touring open houses all over the bay area, Daniel was reliable and flexible, helping us schedule visits and coordinating adjustments for us on the fly. He got to know us and our needs, and struck the perfect balance between letting us guide our own search, and providing valuable perspective on everything from local markets to remodeling considerations for the houses we saw. He even brought in a local handyman for us at one point who provided complimentary quotes when we needed to know how expensive upgrades might be on a house we were considering buying.During the negotiation process, Daniel was able to provide us with price estimates by not only analyzing recent comps, but also learning whatever he could by chatting up the selling agent on the same day as offers were due so that we could make the most informed offer possible.Daniel's support and expertise didn't end once our offer was accepted - he helped make sure the closing process went smoothly, and even helped me source and vet reliable contractors to handle repairs.
