Nancy is a great realtor. When we bought our home 20 years ago, we met her at an open house and we got a good, honest vibe from her that we hadn't gotten from any other realtor, so we chose Nancy. And we chose her again to sell our house 20 years later because we trust her. Trusting our realtor was more important than any difference we may have had about how we should make the house look for sale. It's hard to make your house into a blank canvas, she had to drag me through that process. She told us the truth about things that needed to be done to our home, whether we wanted to hear them or not. She priced it accurately. She's very responsive, when we texted her a question no matter the day or time of day, she would get right back to us. She told us what repairs and improvements would give us our money back and what wouldn't, and I think she was right about all this. I would definitely choose her to represent us again if we should be buying or selling a home

In this current hot housing market, you definitely want an expert on your side, and Nancy is precisely that. She is extremely thorough in all details of the buying and selling process (I met her when I initially viewed the property I subsequently bought, and was so impressed with her, I asked her to represent me in selling my home). Within two days after meeting her, she was at my home, equipped with all the comps in my neighborhood over the last year. She knew precisely the values in my neighborhood, suggesting a price which generated multiple offers even though it was higher than I would have imagined! The suggestions she made for staging my house, though minimal, made a large impact, and her photographer did an outstanding job creating a video and still photos which I believe were instrumental in generating traffic, all of which resulted in well-over-asking price offers within 3 days. Once under contract, her access to well-priced subs was invaluable; they quickly handled the work needed for repairs identified during inspection. Throughout the selling process, Nancy was only a phone call away; her attention to detail and responsiveness were instrumental in finalizing all details needed for closing.
