We absolutely loved working with Adam. My fiance and I are first time home buyers so we are totally new to the game but Adam made it infinitely easier for us to navigate this huge step! We bought the house from Shannon and ended up selling with her as well. She is the most genuine and professional realtor we have ever dealt with. She was helpful throughout the whole process. Any question we had she answered right away. She was great with all the paperwork and negotiating. When we were stuck with a decision she gave her honest opinion but ultimately left the decision to us. We thought we were going to lose on our house but it only needed a little help with the bathroom remodel and kitchen floor. Compass had a concierge program that had the bathroom fixed up and kitchen floor redone and we paid the contractors out once the house sold.
