Where do I begin? Melanie Marsh was incredible in helping us find the perfect home for our family in this difficult market. She was always available when we needed anything or had any questions! She would readily and quickly show us houses we were interested in, and helped us to write a competitive offer that landed us a wonderful house for our family! After having a few offers on other move- in -ready houses denied, we went with a house that had a great, spacious layout but needed cosmetic and functional renovations completed. Melanie has expertise in design and is helping us design and coordinate these renovations in our new home, which we are really excited about!! Her design experience and expertise are just icing on the cake, and I dont think this home couldve been a realistic option for us without her!! We are very thankful for all the hard work she has put into this process for us, and we are so glad to have met her!

First off, let me say that Melanie Marsh is an awesome realtor. She is friendly, very responsive and knowledgeable about the process of buying and selling homes. What sets Melanie apart from other realtors is her additional skill set. She has expertise in interior design which makes her ability to aid her clients in realizing their unique vision even more impactful. My initial interaction with Melanie started off with a text conversation that was over an hour long! She took the time to get to know me which made the process of buying our new home a lot easier. I enjoyed our interaction enough to make her our agent for selling our old home as well. The one stop shop aspect of her business is truly a game changer in my opinion. Melanies friendly personality makes her easy to engage with. Her client advocacy and transparency makes her someone that you can trust. Shes knowledgeable and in the rare occurrence something doesnt go as planned, she will fix it. She my realtor and I highly recommend her!
