There are plenty of reasons why Dillar is considered one of the best agents in Austin. Buying/selling a house is always stressful but Dillar will meet you wherever youre at with endless knowledge, resources, and patience. She lives and breathes real estate and in this market you want someone who has mastered the art of closing a deal better than you ever could without her. I think what we appreciated most was that we knew she would never sacrifice her integrity for a paycheck. She was so honest with us when she thought we were looking at a bad deal and never pressured us to pull the trigger or tried to aEUR~sell us on anything. When SHE found us the perfect house, she used her master negotiating skills to get us the best deal in the neighborhood + a new roof when we were up against multiple offers. Shes a master negotiator and will always fight for you- and likely win. Shes an incredible person and has become a good friend and we couldnt be more grateful for her help.

When making the choice to list my property for sale, I chose Amy bc I've seen her marketing style online and felt we'd mesh well. She more than earned her commission with a polished, professional approach. We discussed comp values which are not easy to find in my neighborhood, agreed to a timeline which was sensitive due to tenants currently occupying the property, and were under contract within 10 days! Amy navigated appt scheduling with my tenants whom were actively packing/moving during this time. The potential buyers were first time homeowners whom were incredibly analytical. I've no doubt Amy shielded me from many conversations is no doubt not be interested in being a part of. The closing could have been complicated due to the Trust the home was held within however Amy, her team, and Austin title navigated the process with ease. At the moment, I'm working on another property with Amy. If repeat business isn't proof enough; I'd don't know what is!

Last year my fiancA(C) and I decided it was time to buy our "dream home" and sell our Austin condo we loved:) it was my first time to go through the process of selling and buying a home we owned but I can honestly say Amy helped us every step of the way!! My fiancA(C) had to go oversees for business during this hectic time of putting the house on the market, getting it ready and having our new found home under contract. Amy went over and beyond with helping me touch up paint, staging our home to show, giving me contacts to "update" a few things and had such a wonderful attitude about it all! We loved and trusted her so much that we wanted her to be the buyer and selling agent for both properties! What we appreciated the most was her promptness of returning any questions or concerns we had during this process! She always had an answer and if she didn't, she would make it a priority to find out asap. When/if we go through buying another property, I can say that without a doubt we will be using Amy Seely again! Thanks Amy, you exceeded all expectations!
