David has connections with other professionals that are as Top Gun as he is. The mortgage person, the title company, the inspector, the photographer, stager, moving companiesaEUR"all pros. My favorite aEURoevalue addaEUR? was the phone call David arranged where I talk to one person and he sets up my Internet, TV, utilities, security alarm and even a locksmith. This company reviewed each package and explained which were the aEURoebest deals.aEUR? All those appointments were made and confirmed by the same man. It was seamless. Bottom line? You can do it yourself, but you will miss something, and it will cost you more than you can imagine. You can hire a neighborhood realtor and get someone who treats it (and you) like a hobby. We absolutely enjoyed having David and his team help us purchase our first home in Flower Mound! From the beginning to the end, David was very knowledgeable and willing to educate and teach us about many things about what it means to be a homeowner throughout our journey. David invested in us right from the beginning when we said we wanted to proceed having him as our realtor. David and his team are committed to having a strong relationship with their clients, and that was the most important thing to us. Of course, the transaction itself is important for realtors, but David never pushed us to bid on a home. He wanted to make sure that we prioritize getting the best house that fit our needs. He was committed to supporting us as much as possible (still is even today!), and we are thankful that his team was also flexible to be present when David was busy with another client. Communication is key when working with a realtor in our opinion, and this team knocked it out of the park! We highly recommend David and his entire team!

David Russell is simply the BEST. My experience buying my first home was on my own and during a global pandemic aEUR" and with the help of David, it couldnt have gone better! I aEURoeinterviewedaEUR? multiple agents recommended from friends and co-workers in hopes of finding the one I wanted to work with. However, when I met David during an open house he was hosting, I knew he was the one I wanted to work with. I was impressed by his knowledge of the market and the respect he showed me and everyone walking into that open house. As a first-time home buyer, I didnt really know what I was looking for or what my money could buy. As an indecisive person, I wanted to see a lot of options before putting in an offer. Throughout the entire process, David was patient with my journey and optimistic we would find the right one for me.
