Donna is topnotch when it comes to marketing your home. A stager came to the house. The videos and pictures were lovely. However, it stops there. I believe that Donna entered our house only once- the day we listed with her. It could have been twice, but I am not sure. Her assistant, Caitlin, actually showed the home and participated in the open house. Most questions/concerns that I had were referred to her assistant. I would rate her an "F" in negotiation skills. While we did get the price that we asked due to happenstance, not negotiations, she did not assert herself in representing our needs. We were adamant that we could not close until mid July. When she approached us with the offer to close JUNE 17th, we told her it was impossible. In my opinion she did not press the buyers or buyers attorney. When it became evident that we could not have all permits and a CO by that date, she only pushed for an extension of 10 days. She did not fight for that! The buyers' realtor AND attorney relayed to me that it was impossible to get Donna to return calls. Information that I asked her to pass along usually didn't happen or was misrepresented. I had a critical issue arise two days before closing. Donna called me from Alaska and angrily stated that I was interrupting HER vacation and that she was ready to "hang up on me!" No way was she worth any commission!

Donna had us work with Darlene Snyder aEUR" abd she was a gem! We made a cross country move, and did most of the viewings on FaceTime with my daughter visiting the property.We met Darlene May 2019, did some in-person and a lot of on-line house tours. I got discouraged about finding what we needed. But Darlene never did. And when our house had a buyer in mid-August 2020, she helped us get the perfect house. She and my daughter saw the house on a Tuesday, abd by Thursday we had the house. Darlene helped us make a fair bid and walked me through the process as we got to the closing. And it couldnt be a better hone, in a better location. It suits us perfectly.When the owners left fridges in the basement and garage, Donna and Darlene arranged to have a mover take them out (getting the one out if the basement was a huge job). I think their motto is, we will do whatever it takes to make your home buying experience a good one! Many thanks to such an awesome team! Thank you Donna, and your team, fir making this major life-experience as smooth as possible.
